The previously undefeated Israel FC were overcome last week by a strong Elwood Victory. This week, they were given similar treatment at the hands of The All Stars. Defeated 7-3, could this be the end of Israel FC's reign or is it just a hiccup in their early season form? What ever the reason, the competition is unbelievably high and their title as "2007/2008 Premiers" is severely under threat.

Sexual Healing avenged their round 14 loss to the Blue Panthers with a 3-2 victory in the Semi Final with both teams desperately attacking and defending in the last moments of the match but Sexual Healing held firm to ensure a showdown with White Tails in the Grand Final. W.F.B and Futsoldiers were inseparable after regulation time and it took the last 90 seconds of extra time to decide who would play Real Cancun FC in the Grand Final. In a devastating turn of events, W.F.B capitalised on a great piece of play to find the net and shatter Futsoldiers' spirit and claim a spot in next week's Grand Final.

FOOTSCRAY THURSDAY DIVISION 2 FUTSAL LEAGUE:
Pinksilver FC's 3 goal lead was withered down to nothing from a CD Fas comeback but a stabilising goal to Pinksilver FC late in the match was enough to claim victory. The Wanderers and Portugool were goal for goal and in the end, a 5-5 draw was a just result with both teams being just as deserving winners as the other. The Prahran Boys have been playing some "quality" futsal lately after knocking off the #1 team last week and this week, doing the same to the #2 team, Quality FC in 6-1 style. They now face the only other team besides themselves to topple The Little Devils in what is anticipated to be an enthralling battle. The Boomshankas snapped their 3 game losing streak with a classy 10-4 win over the Trouties; speaking of class, The All Stars showed theirs in 7-3 fashion over Team Undecided  who haven't obtained maximum premiership points since round 5. Massive Attack and Elwood Victory played out 6-6 draw in a match which presented many match-winning opportunities---none of which was taken. The Little Devils had to do it hard against a determined Flair For Futsal who took it to the very end before their opponents skipped away to a 3-1 win. Israel FC knotched up their up their fourth consecutive win by keeping the Black Swan Dips scoreless while piling on 8 of their own to take the 8-0 win.

ELWOOD WEDNESDAY DIVISION 2 FUTSAL LEAGUE:
The Egg Chasers basically reproduced their performance last week with the same scoreline against The Berks this week in a hugely one-sided affair. Gary Was Wrong held firm to overcome a defiant Neverfail 5-3 in a close encounter as did the undefeated London Irish over Melbourne Celtic who just fell short 6-4. The Emley Moors and The Biggest Losers recorded similar wins with both teams winning by 4 goals---but far from comfortably as their opponents were unrelenting in keeping the pressure on, but wasn't reflected on the scoreboard.
